If you are having trouble seeing documents in the Member Portal, it is likely because you are not logged in to your Google Account or you don’t have a Google Account associated with the email address we have on file.

First, try to log in using your email address:

https://accounts.google.com/Login

If you are unable to log in, you probably do not have an account associated with your email address. You can easily create a Google Account for this address using the following link:

https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail
